How to rent a car?
Renting a car is easy! If you’re 21 or older, just let us know you’re interested by filling out a form on our website or giving us a call. We’ll reach out to you to sort out all the important details.
To book and make it official, we’ll need a passport photo, your driver’s license, where you are or the hotel you’re staying at, and a phone number so we can chat easily.
We’ll bring the car to you, and we’ll sign the papers. Besides paying for the rental, there’s a small deposit. Don’t worry, though – you’ll get that back when you return the car.
How much does it cost to deliver and return the car?
We can bring your car to you wherever you are, whenever you need it. Here are the delivery and pickup costs:
Kata, Karon, Rawai, Chalong: 300 baht
Patong, Kamala, Surin, Phuket Town, Kata, Panwa: 400 baht
Mai Khao, Nai Yang, Airport: 500 baht
*Please note that night-time deliveries from 00:00-6:00 will have double rates.

How can I pay?
Accepted Payment Methods:
We offer flexibility in payment methods to suit your convenience:
Thai Baht: Bank Transfer (Bangkok Bank) or Cash
Russian Roubles: Bank Transfer (Sberbank Russia / TinTinkoff, Alfa Bank) or Cash
Chinese Yuan: Bank Transfer (China Construction Bank), WeChat Pay, Alipay, or Cash
Others: USD, JPY, EUR, GBP
*All transactions are calculated at the current exchange rate. Choose the method that works best for you.
Do I have to pay in advance when booking?
To confirm your booking, make an advance payment of 1000 Baht via bank transfer to our company account. Upon payment, you’ll receive a receipt and a completed contract from us. This prepayment is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the booking date. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do I need to leave a passport or other documents as a deposit?
We do not request any of your documents as collateral. The car deposit varies from 5,000 to 20,000 baht, and for motorbikes, it ranges from 3,000 to 6,000 baht.
How much does the delivery cost?
If you’d like, we can bring the vehicle to you and pick it up from anywhere in Phuket. The delivery cost varies based on the location in Phuket. Please confirm the delivery cost with your manager. We aim to make it easy for you.
Are cars insured?
Yes, all of our cars are insured. Be careful when renting a car from other companies or Yes, all our cars come with insurance. It’s essential to be cautious when renting from other companies or private individuals, as they often have basic insurance that might not refund your deposit, even if the accident isn’t your fault.
Renting from us guarantees a full deposit refund if the accident is not your fault. We also provide a replacement car if available or a refund for the remaining lease days. If the accident is your fault, you’ll only be charged the deposit, and we still offer the option of a replacement car or a refund. Your peace of mind is our priority.
What are the mileage limits and the number of drivers?
Our customers enjoy unlimited mileage within Phuket, and all drivers are welcome to use the car. We aim to provide maximum flexibility for your convenience!
Is a car wash included in the rental price?
You’ll receive a clean car upon rental. To save time on return, ensure the car is clean, or opt for the convenient option to pay 500 baht for a car wash.
What should I do if I have an accident?
In case of any issues, call the support service using the number provided in the contract or via phone. The operator will guide you on the necessary steps.
Is it possible to travel outside of Phuket?
If you plan to travel outside Phuket or Thailand, please check with us first. Traveling outside of Thailand is not permitted.
What do you need to know about the road rules in Thailand?
In Thailand, traffic follows the left-hand rule.
Unreasonable stops are not allowed in Thailand.
Police often conduct special operations to catch drunk drivers and those without a license, with severe penalties such as a 20,000 baht fine or jail time for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Left turns are allowed at red traffic lights if there is no forbidding sign and after yielding to other road users.
Blinking lights usually indicate a driver’s intention to pass first.
Speed limits: 60 km/h in built-up areas, 90 km/h outside built-up areas, 110 km/h on freeways.
Any instructions from a police officer take priority and must be followed without question.
How to prepare my car for return?
The customer must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received; additional charges apply for missing fuel.
Failure to do so results in extra charges: car wash – 500 baht, refueling based on the tank level difference (specified in the Rental Agreement, 40 Baht/litre).
Fines for interior soiling and smoking inside the car.
Fines for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Deposit deductions for vehicle damage: 1,000-6,000 baht for damages. Major damage requires documentation by police officers; contact your personal manager immediately.
No deductible in accidents if confirmed innocent by the police/insurance agent.
